01Testing services

Seven ways software breaks. We cover all of them.

Manual and automated software testing services — functional, API, performance, mobile and accessibility — scoped by a risk map, so you pay for what moves your defect escape rate.

01

Functional & regression

Every user journey, every edge case, every browser — before each release.

TestRail · BrowserStack
02

Test automation

A real framework that runs on every pull request. We build it, we maintain it.

Playwright · Cypress · CI/CD
03

API & integration

Contract checks and failure simulation, so a breaking change never ships quietly.

Postman · Pact · WireMock
04

Performance & load

We find where your system bends — and which component gave first.

k6 · JMeter · Grafana
05

Mobile

Real devices, bad networks, low battery. Not a simulator that always behaves.

Appium · Firebase Test Lab
06

Accessibility

WCAG 2.2 AA audits with screen-reader walkthroughs, not just automated scans.

axe · NVDA · VoiceOver
07

QA audit & strategy

For teams that already test but keep shipping bugs. We find where the process leaks.

Risk map · Quality gates

02The promise

Four things we put in the contract.

Not values on a wall. Terms you can hold us to.

P—01

Every bug ships with proof

Steps, screen recording, network log. If your developer can't reproduce it in a minute, that's our failure, not theirs.

P—02

A written verdict, every release

Ship or hold, with the reason. You'll never guess whether it's safe to press the button.

P—03

Same-day response

Anything raised in your working hours gets an answer in your working hours. It's in the SLA.

P—04

No lock-in

Month to month after the first term, 30 days' notice. If we're not finding bugs, you shouldn't be paying us.

03A real deliverable

This is what a bug looks like when we file it.

No "login sometimes broken" tickets. Severity, revenue impact, exact steps, evidence attached — so your developer fixes it the same day instead of arguing about whether it exists.

08Reviews

We could fake these. We test software for a living.

So the wall stays empty until it's real. Every review here will link to a person who exists and a project we shipped.

Slot 001 · Reserved

Our first client gets the pilot free, our sharpest engineers, and this spot — permanently. Come collect it.

Slot 002 · Open

Waiting on client #2. Verified name, company and live link — or it doesn't go up.

If a QA agency's reviews can't survive scrutiny, what does that say about their testing?

09Straight answers

Before you ask.

Why an outside QA team instead of one more developer?
Developers test what they built the way they built it — you can't easily find your own assumption. We arrive without it. And since we have no dev arm, we never grade our own homework.
What do you need from us to start?
Staging access, test accounts, whatever requirements exist (rough is fine), your issue tracker, and one person who can answer questions. Discovery call within 48 hours; pilot can start the following Monday.
Is our code and data safe?
NDA before the first call if you want one. We work in staging with synthetic data and never ask for production database access. HIPAA / GDPR / PCI scope — tell us early, it changes the plan.
Contract terms?
QA retainers: month to month after an initial three-month term, 30 days' notice. Growth needs longer because SEO compounds — three months on Launch, six on Grow. Fixed projects: 50% up front, 50% on delivery.
